How to export from CS Imaging

In CS Imaging, open the 3D acquisition and choose Export → DICOM. Keep the default multiframe option for easiest upload. CS Imaging saves a folder with one or more .dcm files.

Zip the folder and drag it onto cbcthub.com/viewer. The viewer accepts .zip, .rar, .7z and plain folders. No pixel data leaves the browser for the free viewer.

Why radiologists switch from CS Imaging

CS Imaging is good at the scanner, but distributing exams is painful: Windows-only, requires a license on every referring dentist workstation, and the "CS Imaging Viewer" email attachment is 300+ MB.

CBCTHub replaces that distribution layer. The scanner still uses CS Imaging. Reports and patient links use a browser URL that any dentist on any device can open.

FAQ

Do I need to keep CS Imaging installed?

Yes for acquisition at the scanner. No for viewing or sharing — CBCTHub replaces the distribution side only.

Does it work with CS 3D Imaging cloud export?

Yes. Any DICOM export from Carestream software is readable.

Can I batch upload a full day of CBCT scans?

Yes. Drag the parent folder and each study is parsed into its own exam.

Move your Carestream workflow online
